- 3 Medium Kiwis
- 1 Medium Lime Juiced
- 2-3 Tbsp Agave or Honey
- Fresh Mint
- Kombucha or Sparkling Water
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the chopped and peeled kiwis, lime juice, honey or agave syrup, mint, and cold water.
- Blend until smooth and well combined, ensuring there are no large chunks of kiwi remaining.
- For a smoother texture, you can strain the kiwi mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove any pulp.
- Refrigerate the kiwi mixture for at least 30 minutes to chill and allow the flavors to meld together.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes to keep your Kiwi Refresher extra cold and refreshing.
- Pour the chilled kiwi mixture into the prepared glasses and top with kombucha or sparkling water.
