Ingredients
  

Lime Ginger Fizz

  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Ginger Syrup
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Cup Sparkling Water
  • Ice
  • Mint

Ginger Syrup

  • 20 Grams Water
  • 50 Grams Sugar
  • 50 Grams Sliced Ginger

Instructions
 

Ginger Syrup

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar and water.
  • Heat sugar and water mixture until sugar is fully dissolved.
  • Once dissolved. Add in the sliced ginger and bring the mixture to a light syrup.
  • Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and allow the syrup to fully cool. Once fully cooled, strain ginger and store in the fridge.

Lime Ginger Fizz

  • In a glass, combine the fresh lime juice, ginger syrup, and honey. Stir well until the sweetener is dissolved.
  • Add ice cubes to the glass, then pour in the sparkling water. Stir gently to mix.
  • Garnish with lime slices and fresh mint leaves for an extra touch of freshness and aroma.
