Lime Ginger Fizz
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Lime Juice
- 2 Tbsp Ginger Syrup
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Cup Sparkling Water
- Ice
- Mint
Ginger Syrup
- 20 Grams Water
- 50 Grams Sugar
- 50 Grams Sliced Ginger
Instructions
Ginger Syrup
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar and water.
- Heat sugar and water mixture until sugar is fully dissolved.
- Once dissolved. Add in the sliced ginger and bring the mixture to a light syrup.
- Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and allow the syrup to fully cool. Once fully cooled, strain ginger and store in the fridge.
Lime Ginger Fizz
- In a glass, combine the fresh lime juice, ginger syrup, and honey. Stir well until the sweetener is dissolved.
- Add ice cubes to the glass, then pour in the sparkling water. Stir gently to mix.
- Garnish with lime slices and fresh mint leaves for an extra touch of freshness and aroma.
