Ginger Lemongrass Iced Tea

Ingredients
- 4 Cups Water
- 2 Stalks Lemongrass bruised & trimmed
- 1in Nob Fresh Sliced Ginger
- 2 Bags Black Tea
- 2 Tbsp Honey adjust sweetness to your liking
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- Ice
- Mint garnish
- Lemon Slices garnish
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Add the lemongrass and ginger slices. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes to infuse the flavors.
- Turn off the heat, add the tea bags to the pot, and steep for 4-5 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea.
- Remove the tea bags, lemongrass, and ginger slices. Stir in the honey until dissolved. Let the tea cool to room temperature, then add the lemon juice.
- Transfer the tea to a pitcher and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. To serve, pour over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves and lemon slices for a refreshing touch.
