Ginger Lemongrass Iced Tea

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Cups Water
  • 2 Stalks Lemongrass bruised & trimmed
  • 1in Nob Fresh Sliced Ginger
  • 2 Bags Black Tea
  • 2 Tbsp Honey adjust sweetness to your liking
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Ice
  • Mint garnish
  • Lemon Slices garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Add the lemongrass and ginger slices. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes to infuse the flavors.
  • Turn off the heat, add the tea bags to the pot, and steep for 4-5 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea.
  • Remove the tea bags, lemongrass, and ginger slices. Stir in the honey until dissolved. Let the tea cool to room temperature, then add the lemon juice.
  • Transfer the tea to a pitcher and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. To serve, pour over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves and lemon slices for a refreshing touch.

Notes

Add a splash of sparkling water for some fizz or muddle mint leaves for an extra layer of freshness!
