Ingredients
  

  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 3/4 cup Full Fat Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • 3/4 cup Cubed Pineapple
  • 3 tbsp Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp Lime Zest
  • 1 tsp Agave Nectar optional
  • Fresh Mint optional

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine the ripe avocado, frozen banana, pineapple, coconut milk, lime juice & zest, and agave nectar.
  • Blend all the ingredients until they are beautifully combined and the mixture turns silky smooth. Taste and adjust the sweetness with more agave nectar if needed.
  • Pour your Creamy Avocado Smoothie into a glass. If you like, garnish it with a sprig of fresh mint for an extra touch of freshness.

Notes

For an added pack of veggies, try adding in some spinach or kale (spinach will be a milder flavor). 
To make this smoothie a breakfast on the go, add some of your favorite protein powder!
