Webinar Description: At the Front Porch Center for Innovation and Wellbeing, our mission is to explore innovative uses of technology to empower individuals to live well, especially into their later years. We welcome all caregivers to learn about the technology that we’ve been exploring and implementing throughout our Front Porch Communities – you can expect to hear about Voice First Technology such as Amazon Alexa and Google Home Hub, Virtual Reality, hearing and vision assistive devices, and more!

Speaker Bio: Jennifer Lee holds a diverse professional background in research and teaching. She is an advocate for emerging technology in the pursuit of optimizing the social engagement and quality of life through the lifespan and is committed to narrowing the gap of the digital divide. Jennifer holds a BA in English from UCLA and a MS in Gerontology from USC, with a specialization in gerotechnology. Jennifer has completed internships with the USC Center for Body Computing and has worked on numerous USC research projects within the departments of Occupational Therapy, Keck School of Medicine, and Gerontology.
