Presentation Description:
Practicing or engaging in any form of art can have many positive effects in our overall wellbeing. Not only does it help improve our mood, but it may also help with memory, concentration, and healthy aging of the brain. We will discuss how art can be a great coping skill and a great way to engage in self-care when we are feeling not so good emotionally, as well as some community resources available.
