Registration can be completed below. For those paying by check, please make the check payable to the Riverside Medical Clinic Charitable Foundation (RMCCF). Check payments should be mailed to RMCCF at P.O. Box 2605, Riverside, CA 92516-2605.

Registrations will be accepted as venue capacity permits. If registering after November 10, food preferences and other special accommodation requests may not be able to be honored. Please note that if you wish to register and pay using a Purchase Order after November 10, please call the Foundation at (951) 682-2753. For all registrations made via Purchase Order, payment must be received by RMCCF no later than Friday, December 15, 2023, or additional fees will be added.

REFUND POLICY: Please get in touch with the Riverside Medical Clinic Charitable Foundation at (951) 682-2753 between 8:00 and 4:00 p.m. (PST) if you wish to request a refund. Depending on the date the request is made, a full refund of the registration fee may be granted. If the registration fee was paid by credit card, any refund will exclude all credit card fees paid by the Foundation. No refunds will be given after 4:00 p.m., Friday, November 10, 2023. No-show attendees will still be responsible for registration fees if cancellation is not verified 72 hours prior to event. Failure to cancel in advance will result in registrant being billed for event, regardless of attendance.
