If you would like to be a speaker at our Bullying Prevention & Wellness Conference, please fill in your details below and you will be automatically registered for consideration! Speaker registration form must be completed at least two (2) months prior to the event. Applications will be accepted and considered on a rolling basis. 

By completing this form you agree to the following items: 

• You understand that The Riverside Medical Clinic Charitable Foundation (RMCCF) does not guarantee payment of a speaker fee or compensation related to travel and accommodation. 
• You agree to submit a short 2-3 minute long video of a keynote address or presentation you have facilitated. 
• Should you be confirmed as a speaker, you are available to speak on the date of the conference. A conference planning call will be scheduled to discuss the event details.
• You agree to promote your participation in RMCCF's Conference via social media & social networks. RMCCF will provide you with the social media assets to share. 
• You grant permission for RMCCF to promote your participation as a speaker across all of our social media platforms. 
• You understand that RMCCF's team has editorial discretion when it comes to talk format (keynote, panel, roundtable...etc.) 
• If your application is approved, we will add you as a confirmed speaker to our conference webpage and only after having the conference planning call will you be added to the conference agenda.
