Pumpkin Chai Tea Coconut Milk Latte

- 1 Cup Brewed Chai Tea
- 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Pumpkin Puree
- 1 Cup Coconut Milk
- 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 Shot Espresso Optional

- Steep the chai tea bag in hot water for about 5 minutes to make a strong cup of chai. Set aside.
- In a small saucepan, combine the pumpkin purée, coconut milk, and pumpkin pie spice. Heat over medium heat, stirring often, until it's warm but not boiling (about 3-4 minutes).
- Once heated, stir in the maple syrup (or honey) and vanilla extract. Whisk the mixture to ensure everything is well combined.
